Project - Paddington, Woolwich & Canary Wharf Stations

This project involved adding 10 Door Hold Panels controlling 11 Double Door Sets via magnetic locks to the Fire Alarm System. This was to aid in PRM Evacuation.  NBB Rail carried out the design, installation and  commissioning of the new DHPs and associated cabling and electrical supplies. Bespoke bracketry also had to be designed for each door set and fabricated in stainless steel by our suppliers.

RFLi processes including Load Change Application, Requests For Isolation and the RFLi ENG-FS-PRO-004 Message Change Process were completed for these works.

Planning and co-ordination was vital on this project with RFLI, as all station services were required to be kept operational throughout .
