Project - Abbey Wood Station

This project involved adding 15 Fire Alarm Manual Call Point’s to the existing station. NBB Rail carried out the design, installation and  commission of the new MCP’s and associated cabling, including updating of the Fire Alarm Configuration file and approval via the RFLi ENG-FS-PRO-004 Message Change Process.

Operatives with specialist training were required for this project as certain elements of  the installation required access into confined spaces.  Planning and co-ordination was vital on this project with RFLI, as all station services were required to be kept operational throughout .
